This holiday cottage is ideal for those who enjoys fishing, a direct view of the Fjord and great nature.
 The
rooms and facilities
The living room and kitchen is not divided into two rooms, but offers an open
solution and thereby more space. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator
(with ice box), a wash,
a gas cooker and
of course the necessary table linen, pans and equipment.
In the living room you find the fireplace and the TV (with Satellite). From
the living room you have a marvelous
view of the Fjord and West Cape/Stadt.
 The
holiday cottage
has 3 bedrooms. One room with a double bed, one
room with
two single beds and one room with a bunk bed, for one person in the upper bed and
two in the lower bed. The sofa in the living room may also be used as a sofa bed.
The bathroom has a WC, a wash and a shower (of course with warm and cold
water).
Boat
The boat is located
in the marina in Åheim, about 2km from the cottage. Fuel for this boat is not
included in the rent. The boat is a Øien 530F with a 25Hp 4-stroke Honda
engine. The boat is 17,5ft long and a very good boat for fishing. The boat is
available at a very favourable price.
Extra boats are also available.
Technical information
To ensure energy for the electrical lights and the TV, the cottage is equipped
with a windmill and with solar energy. Since the holiday cottage is not yet equipped with 220
Volt electricity, there is no
freezer in the cottage. Instead, we have reserved a freezer in our home. This
freezer is only for use by our guests in Småstranda and has a volume of over
255 liters. We live about 1 km meters from the holiday cottage, so the freezer is
only a walk away from the holiday cottage. The freezer is always available from
the outside, you do not have to ask us to open any doors to reach it.
